3D printing has become more mainstream in recent years, and now Loyola's art students are getting a chance to try it out.
It's been five months since 3D printers have been installed in Loyola University's Monroe Hall, and students and teachers alike are enjoying their presence.
Graphic design students are taught to use these tools, and use them for projects and personal use.
Though many students believe the printers take some time to get used to, they are excited about the possibilities for future use.
Loyola will recieve a new, more user-friendly 3D printer this week.
